 The San Francisco
School is proud to host an Amnesty International Chapter. Amnesty International is a worldwide movement of people who campaign for internationally recognized human rights.
Our chapter was started in the 2003-2004 school year by a San Francisco School alum. It began as an eight-person elective course and later became an after-school club. Today, we have 25 members. Two eighth graders are our elected presidents of the club. Read why our members have joined our chapter. What we do Our group has held events, attended workshops, written letters, signed petitions, held fundraisers, and participated in protests.
