My communications career journey began by working on my high school yearbook, my college newspaper and campus TV news channel. After college, I started working in technology public relations, but I have spent the majority of my career in education (K-8 and university) communications.
I've since grown into my current role as Director of Marketing and Communications with over 15 years of professional experience. I'm passionate about creating compelling stories to foster engagement and demonstrate school impact as well as utilizing strategic communications to support schools organizationally.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism and a Minor in Theater Arts, Dance from Sonoma State University.
